The data foundation
One operating record for sales, inventory, warehouse, and finance events. Less reconciliation. Fewer arguments.
- Shared transaction record
- Role-level audit trail
- GSTR-1 validation
Zoveto is not an ERP skin. It is the operating record behind stock, orders, cash, payroll, reporting, and AI agents.
One operating record for sales, inventory, warehouse, and finance events. Less reconciliation. Fewer arguments.
A quote can check stock, a pick list can trigger billing, and finance can see the source movement.
Owner dashboards read posted work, not exported files. Every number can be drilled back to the source action.
Workflow automation in Zoveto is not a side tool. It is rules sitting on the operating record. When a posted event happens, the next handoff, alert, or exception queue updates without someone copying the state into a chat.
A quote can check stock before it is promised. A pick list can trigger billing once dispatch closes. Finance reads the same source movement.
Work that falls outside a rule does not vanish. It lands in an exception queue with an owner, a status, a timestamp, and a next action.
What actually fires
Low-stock reorder
Posted inventory crosses the reorder point. A low-stock task opens in the exception queue instead of waiting for someone to notice it in a sheet.
Stalled purchase approval
A purchase request that sits past its amount, category, or role rule is queued with an owner and a next action, not lost in chat.
Delayed dispatch
When dispatch does not close on time, the order lands in a dispatch exception queue so warehouse and finance share the same stalled record.
Deep-dive pages for manufacturing, distribution, spare parts trading, and warehousing, same product record, written for each operating context.
